Learn how to master the art of reframing your thoughts based on Andy Vargo’s latest book, Own Your Awkward Thoughts. Participants will learn the key to shifting their mindset to enable themselves to take action toward their goals. Apply these techniques to your business and personal life. Attendees will leave empowered with the six key questions they can apply to any situation in order to shift their thinking from being stuck to in control of their future.

Our presenter, Andy Vargo, is a professional speaker, author, life-change coach, podcast host and comedian known for his engaging and humorous approach to personal development. He empowers individuals and organizations to embrace their unique traits through his ”Own Your Awkward” concept.
