Kathryn Jenkins is a small business consultant who has recently moved to Tacoma from Seattle. Her company, Artisan Business Solutions, helps small and micro business owners and managers achieve freedom from employee management and HR concerns without having to spend tens of thousands on a new management level employee by aligning the goals of the employees with the goals of the company. 

Outside of her day job, she works as an actor and playwright and enjoys travel, playing guitar, and reading a good book with a fine glass of Scotch.
