My background includes a college degree in Hotel Management and Applied Nutrition and over thirty years of Food Service Management experience.
In addition to the above, I also bring the following to my daily operation:
HACCP certification conducted by the USDA/NOAA.
Successfully completed the Seafood Inspection Program conducted by NOAA/USDA/FDA.
Knowledge of modern-day cooking techniques and industry leading Culinary Skills.
