My name is Senait Habte, and I am the Regional Director of Strategic Partnerships at the College Success Foundation. I lead fundraising, donor engagement, and partnerships to ensure students in Tacoma have equitable access to college and career opportunities. With more than 25 years of experience in education and community engagement—including 22 years at the University of Washington—I focus on building strong relationships and mobilizing resources that uplift youth and families.

Rooted in my family’s journey from Eritrea, I carry a deep commitment to educational justice and community empowerment. Beyond CSF, I support cultural and arts initiatives such as the Eritrean Youth Dance Group of Seattle, creating spaces where Black, immigrant, and refugee youth can thrive. In every role, I lead with authenticity, compassion, and a strong belief in the limitless potential of young people.
