At Washington Elevator, our story began with a simple goal: to help people. It just so happens we’re great at elevator service, repair, and modernization. Founded by Jason Schaplow and co-owned with Sarah Waterman, Washington Elevator is built on trust, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset. Jason’s deep technical expertise, old-school work ethic, and commitment to doing things right laid the foundation. Sarah, our General Manager, brings steady leadership shaped by a career grounded in strong values — guiding how we operate every day. Together, we’ve assembled a team of top-tier professionals who share our dedication to service, craftsmanship, and treating people with respect.
We proudly serve Western Washington — including Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Tacoma, Olympia, and surrounding Puget Sound areas. We’re here to get the job done — with no drama, no shortcuts, and a lot of heart. Washington Elevator operates under two regulatory jurisdictions: Washington State Labor & Industries and the City of Seattle Department of Construction & Inspections.
