Hello, my name is Joel Calkins, and I am a FocalPoint Business Coach and Consultant. I have long been an admirer of those who have the courage to start and lead a business. You make people’s lives better by providing them with solutions they need and just as important, providing jobs and opportunities for the people who work in your company, and if done right, you’ll make pretty good money as well.

What you all do is incredible, and most people will never take that risk. However, there at times when the responsibility is a lot to shoulder and you may a bit stuck.
