About Us

FIFW is a 501(c)3 charitable organization

* We operate small, urban farms to produce food
* We fund, build, maintain, harvest, and generally work to increase the presence and productivity of community gardens
* We organize and coordinate sharing events in the communities we serve to distribute seed starts and produce at no cost to those who need it
* We collaborate with existing public and private gardening and farming programs, gleaning and food rescue programs, and food distribution
programs
