Cecily Croskey is a nonprofit executive, development leader, and community advocate with more than 18 years of experience advancing youth programs focused on development, mental wellness, and leadership pathways. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Girls Hearts on Fire, an 11-year nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping young women and creating safe, affirming spaces where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

Cecily is deeply committed to equity-centered, trauma-informed approaches and believes in the power of consistent relationships to change life trajectories. She is passionate about building partnerships that strengthen communities and open doors for the next generation of leaders.
