As the Director of Community & Business Engagement at Kiewit Building Group, she leads regional efforts to build strong relationships, foster strategic partnerships, and connect with local leaders, businesses, and organizations to unlock new opportunities. Rachael is deeply committed to putting dollars back into the communities where we build — supporting local businesses, creating meaningful jobs, and driving long-term economic impact.
