Ashley McCabe is the second-generation owner of McCabe’s Automotive, a family-run repair shop serving Tacoma since 1972. The shop specializes in both import and domestic vehicles, providing everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer education. Ashley is passionate about preserving the legacy her family built while also modernizing the business to meet the needs of today’s drivers. She believes in cultivating a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued and customers feel like part of the family. Beyond the shop, Ashley is a leadership coach dedicated to helping powerhouse women, especially business owners and moms, shift from surviving to thriving. A devoted wife and mom, she embraces farm life, fitness, and community connection. Her mission is to make people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
