About Us
Mindful Health Solutions (MHS) is a team of mental health providers and representatives dedicated to providing interventional solutions for treatment resistant conditions and improving patients’ lives. We have been around for over 16 years but just opened our first Washington clinic in Seattle in January, 2023. Since then, we opened another in Wenatchee and are now launching our third WA clinic in Tacoma, located directly next to the Tacoma mall!
We are passionate about connecting seemingly hopeless individuals with resources that offer non-pharmaceutical treatment solutions, such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Esketamine therapy. We are also believers in the proven therapeutic benefits associated with psychedelic/alternative medicines and we’re extremely happy to now be serving both the Seattle and Tacoma communities!
